Important notice to our Braille Sense Classic customers

Dear valued Braille Sense Classic customer,

We thank you for a long history of support for and feedback on our original Braille Sense, often referred to as the “classic”.

As per our commitment to you, our customers, we have provided support and service for the Braille Sense Classic for more than 10 years since its original release in 2004.

However, due to the rapid development of various technologies, almost all main parts of the Braille Sense Classic have been discontinued. Accordingly, we are no longer able to provide parts to our service centers as we, also, no longer have these parts in our inventory.
Thus, unavoidably and unfortunately, we must discontinue after service for Braille Sense Classic at this time.

It is with regret that we must do this, however, we are left with no alternative. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
